ELREPHANA INFORMATICS Ltd, doing business as Rephana.ai (“Rephana,” “we,” “us”), operates https://rephana.ai (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site and how we use it.
Target Audience & Jurisdiction
Rephana is an Israeli limited company with a principal purpose of delivering services to health systems located in the United States. This Privacy Statement is directed strictly to users located in the United States. If you use the Site, you consent to your personal information being transferred to, stored, or processed in Israel, the United States, and/or maintained on servers where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
Clinical Data Excluded
This policy applies exclusively to website visitors and marketing inquiries. Any clinical data, simulation datasets, or Protected Health Information (PHI) processed by the Rephana platform on behalf of health systems is not governed by this policy. That data is governed strictly by separate customer contracts and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
What we collect
If you submit the request access form or email us, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, organization, role, and message. Under Israeli law, you have no legal obligation to provide this information; your provision of data depends entirely on your volition. If you choose not to provide it, we cannot process your inquiry or schedule a demo.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit.
Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on the Site to collect or store your browser information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule product demonstrations, and maintain B2B marketing communications via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate: website hosting, email, and contact management. They process it on our behalf and for no other purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it's needed to continue our conversation with you, and delete it on request or after 24 months of inactivity.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable US and Israeli laws.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@rephana.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor them.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date above.
